Live Roulette

Live roulette is almost as popular as live blackjack, if not more. If you are new to the game, the table could look daunting and overwhelming at first sight. But once you learn the game’s basics and rules, you would feel a lot more at ease with the game and also learn what would give you an upper hand.

Online Keno Reviews:

From Sergio C.

I like how simple keno is. It’s straightforward and to the point. Playing the game for free is quite fun because even if you manage to lose the game, you’re not losing any real money. But then, I once scored big time and I won £10,000. I wish I was playing for real, as that would have made me slightly richer overnight.

In this article:

1. How Does it Work?

2. Inside and Outside Bets

3. Different types of Roulette

1. How Does it Work?

The game starts with you betting on a particular number, a number combination, black or red, even or odd. The number you choose to bet on would be between 0 and 00, and 1 and 36, based on the kind of roulette game you choose to play.

All variations of the game starts as soon as the wheel is being spun by the dealer and a ball is tossed in along the wheel’s inner edge, usually in the other direction. The wheel would come to a halt and the ball would sit on a number eventually, which would be declared the winning number.

2. Inside and Outside Bets

The game entails two types of bets: inside and outside. An inside bet is placed on the table’s inner field, on numbers 0-36. Inside bets can be further categorized as straight, street of three, split, six line and corner bet. A straight bet is betting on one number; a split is betting on a couple of adjacent numbers, vertically or horizontally; street of three is betting on three numbers in a row; corner bet is betting on four numbers forming a square; and a six line bet is betting on six adjacent numbers simultaneously.

Outside bets, on the other hand, are placed on boxes lining the inner field. The number range is 1-36. Typically, there are five options for placing outside bets: dozen, column, red or black, high or low, and even or odd. A column bet is betting on one among the three (left, right, middle) vertical rows; a doze bet is betting on 12 numerals in three successive rows; low or high bets are betting on low numbers (1 to 18) or high numbers (19 to 36); black or red is basically betting on a particular color (black or red) instead of a number; and even or odd is betting on even or odd numbers.

3. Different types of Roulette

Roulette is also of different types – American roulette and European roulette being the two most popular variants. The primary difference between the two versions is the wheel in the American variant has two zeroes, offering you a bit more advantage. American roulette has 38 pockets in total – partitioned equally between red and black pockets. The number range is 0-36, with an extra 00 number. The numbers 00 and 0 are green.
